Farm to Table

Beau Fodor and Panache have a special talent to producing sustainable and green events that embrace and extend the Farm to Table concept – adding an additional dimension that is growing in demand in the corporate environment.

Beau’s  “Farm to Table” journey began in 2001 when he completed the  Master Gardeners program at Iowa State University. There he learned more about how to prepare, plan, propagate & plant an organic garden. This is where he experienced an epiphany moment which changed his life and his approach to hospitality. Watching the garden come to fruition, and then hosting Harvest Dinners, changed Beau’s style & passion for outdoor entertaining and raised his bar to a much higher level.

At the same time, he has cultiviated relationships with the local farmers, like  organic pork producer Carl Blake at Rustik Rooster Farm and heirloom tomato expert Jennie Smith at Butcher Crick Farm — relationships that both elevate and inspire Beau’s farm to table executions. Entertaining in farm fields and acreages around the state of Iowa as well as  working with local chefs & caterers is Beau’s passion and has become a favorite event to create.

By working with John Deere and Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. this year, Beau’s dedication and execution of farm to table experiences will be taken to the corporate level.
